How do vehicles connect to the platform?
The platform is multi-hardware. Telematics units and IoT modules from different suppliers, such as Teltonika, work side by side, so one fleet can mix devices and still be managed in one console. Supported vehicle types include cars, scooters and e-scooters, bicycles and e-bikes, mopeds, trucks, tuk-tuks and boats.
Through the device, the platform shows location, status and fuel or battery level, raises alerts and sends commands such as lock and unlock. Bluetooth access keeps the digital key working where mobile coverage is weak. Our team helps choose a device for each vehicle model and tests the flow before launch. See also GPS fleet tracking.
Open API: REST, webhooks and SQL via HTTP
- Integration API. Connect aggregators, systems and services; filter vehicle data by zone, fuel or model; manage rentals, vehicle status and user balances; control vehicle functions such as locks; send notifications.
- App's open REST API. User authentication, rentals and vehicle management, inspection photos, history, promo codes and subscriptions. You can build your own app on top of it.
- Webhooks. Real-time events and vehicle status sent to your systems.
- SQL via HTTP. Run SQL queries and extract data into Google Sheets, Power BI, Zapier and similar tools.
- Web app architecture. UI components that you can embed in your own apps.
The API documentation is linked from the Open API page.

AI on top of your platform data
The AI-Driven Data Assistant inside the console answers questions in plain language from your data, without SQL or BI tools. Ask your fleet is a built-in MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients. It is enabled on request, read-only by default, runs changes only after confirmation and keeps an audit log.
Limitations and what to check first
- Device compatibility. Compatibility is checked per device and vehicle model. Hardware is quoted after we review your vehicles.
- New integrations. Systems not yet connected are scoped per project; equipment can usually be added within a few weeks.
- Market-specific providers. Payment and verification providers differ by country. Fiscalisation of payments is handled only in some countries.
- AI access. The MCP connection for ChatGPT and Claude is switched on for your installation on request.
Frequently asked questions
Which telematics devices does CT Mobility support?
CT Mobility is multi-hardware: it connects telematics units and IoT modules from different suppliers, such as Teltonika, and manages the whole fleet in one place. Bluetooth access is available for keyless use where mobile coverage is weak. Compatibility is checked per vehicle model, and the team helps choose the device and tests it before launch.
Which payment providers are integrated?
More than 15 payment gateways have been integrated, including Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local solutions. Several gateways can run at the same time. The billing module also handles deposits, refunds, unpaid invoices and recurring payments for subscriptions, and in some countries the fiscalisation of payments. A provider that is not yet connected can be suggested.
How does identity verification work in CT Mobility?
New customers pass document verification before they get access to vehicles, with automated methods from identity verification platforms such as Sumsub. Two-factor authentication sends a code by SMS or WhatsApp, and liveness detection can ask for a selfie before unlocking. Operators can add a document scoring process and extra checks for chosen user groups or schedules.
Does CT Mobility have an open API?
Yes. The Integration API connects aggregators and other systems, manages rentals, vehicle status and user balances, and controls vehicle functions such as locks. The app's open REST API covers authentication, rentals, inspection photos, promo codes and subscriptions, so you can build your own app. Webhooks send real-time events, and the API documentation is linked from the Open API page.
Can I get CT Mobility data into Power BI or Google Sheets?
Yes. SQL via HTTP lets you run SQL queries, extract data and connect it to tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI and Zapier. The analytics module also has a Power BI integration and customisable report exports. For quick questions without SQL, the built-in AI Data Assistant answers in plain language from your platform data.
Can CT Mobility connect a system that is not on the list?
Often, yes. Customisable integrations are available on request, and each new integration is scoped per project: we look at the system, its interface and what data needs to flow before giving a plan. Telematics equipment that is not yet supported can usually be connected within a few weeks, after its compatibility has been checked.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with CT Mobility?
Yes. Ask your fleet is a built-in MCP server that connects ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client to your CT Mobility installation. It is enabled on request. Each employee signs in with their own login, the connection is read-only by default, changes run only after confirmation, and every call is written to the audit log.
