CT Mobility is car rental software with AI built in. Your rental desk asks about rentals, cars, customers, payments and fines in plain words, in the control panel or in ChatGPT and Claude, and gets answers from your own platform data. Underneath is a complete rental platform: a white-label app, keyless pickup, photo handover, tariffs, deposits and a back office.
Short answer: AI car rental software lets a rental team ask about its own bookings, cars, customers, payments and fines in plain language. In CT Mobility that is the AI Data Assistant in the control panel and Ask your fleet, a built-in MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients, available to connect on request. It is not an AI damage scanner: condition is documented with timestamped photos at pickup and return.

The assistant works with the areas the platform covers: vehicles, rentals and trips, customers, payments, fines, zones, tariffs, technicians, alarms and statistics. Typical questions:
For a quick number, ask the AI Data Assistant inside the control panel. For a longer conversation, connect the AI tool your team already uses with Ask your fleet, the MCP server built into the platform: add your installation address + /mcp in ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client and sign in with your own employee login. Your car rental MCP server is part of the platform, not a separate product to integrate.

Trips and events. Every trip is stored with ignition, door and speed events, so a question like “who drove this car on Tuesday?” has a recorded answer. Damage reports become tasks for the team.

Fuel and mileage. Mileage, fuel spent, refuelling and suspected drains per day: the numbers behind questions about fuel costs. Cars low on fuel become refuelling tasks in the technician app.
An AI agent for car rental should never act on its own. With Ask your fleet, the connection is read-only by default. Changes and commands work only if the employee allowed them when connecting, and each one waits for confirmation. For example, “Create a task to wash car #214 before the next rental” is shown first and created only after you confirm; a command such as unlocking a car also records a reason. Every call goes to the audit log under the employee’s name.
In car rental, “AI” is often associated with automated damage scanners and disputed charges. CT Mobility does not scan cars with AI. The customer photographs the car at pickup and at return in your app, the photos are timestamped and tied to the rental, and your team reviews them before any damage is charged. Paper handovers can start with the free vehicle handover form.
These are rules you configure, not AI:

CT Mobility is based in Ajman, in the UAE, and its rental platform is built for rental and leasing companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC. In Dubai, Anydrive, an app-based car rental service, runs on CT Mobility (case study). The AI Data Assistant is part of the control panel. Ask your fleet is available to connect on request and is enabled per installation. Book a demo to see both working on our demo fleet.

You ask a question in plain words, in the control panel or in an AI tool such as ChatGPT or Claude, and the AI answers from your rental platform data: rentals, cars, customers, payments and fines. With Ask your fleet it works under your own login and permissions.
For quick answers that would otherwise need a report: idle cars, overdue payments, unpaid fines by customer, revenue by tariff, open alarms and technician tasks. It can also prepare changes, such as a task for a technician, that run after you confirm.
No. Before and after photos are taken in the app at pickup and return, timestamped and tied to the rental, and people review them before any charge.
Yes. CT Mobility has a built-in MCP server: add your installation address + /mcp in ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client and sign in with your employee login. It is available to connect on request.
With CT Mobility the AI uses your own login and permissions, the connection is read-only by default, changes and commands need permission at connection and confirmation each time, and every call is in the audit log. Answers are shared with the AI provider you choose, under its terms.
It saves the time spent building reports and looking up records: which cars earn little, who had a car when a fine arrived, which payments failed. The rental operations themselves, from booking to keyless pickup and photo handover, stay in the platform.
Yes. The platform is offered to rental companies in Dubai, the rest of the UAE and other GCC countries, with a team in Ajman, and the AI connection is available on request for each installation.
Compare four things: which data the AI can reach, whether it respects each employee’s permissions, whether changes need confirmation and are audited, and whether the rental platform underneath handles your local needs, such as tolls and fines per rental.
