CT Mobility is a fleet platform for companies that run cars, vans and pickups in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across the Kingdom: live GPS tracking, trip history and alerts, plus what most trackers cannot show — the employee behind every trip. Staff book a vehicle in an app, pass a selfie check, photograph the car and unlock it by phone. For fleets in Saudi Arabia, talk to us about deployment.
Short answer: CT Mobility is fleet management and vehicle tracking software for companies in Saudi Arabia that share cars, vans and pickups between employees: a live map, trip history, geofences and alerts, plus booking in an app, a selfie check and unlock by phone, so every trip has a named driver. The team is based in the UAE; for fleets in Saudi Arabia, talk to us about deployment and pricing.

A fleet management system answers four questions about every vehicle: where it is, who is driving it, in what condition it came back and what it costs. CT Mobility puts them in one dashboard:
A GPS tracker shows that a car was speeding on King Fahd Road at 10:42. It does not show who was driving when the same car is shared by sales reps, technicians and supervisors. In CT Mobility every trip belongs to a booking, so the trip history answers both questions. This is the difference between a tracking subscription and a fleet platform; see how the same product works for vehicle tracking in the UAE.
Inside the platform · demo data

Operator console. What needs attention right now, fleet utilisation, active rentals and revenue in AED. Technicians get a prioritised task list with the distance to each car.

Trip telemetry. Any trip on the map, here from Dubai Marina to DIFC, with speed, ignition and engine charts along the route. Drivers keep their ride history with time, distance and cost in the app.
Many Saudi companies run branches in the Central, Western and Eastern regions, with Riyadh about 400 km by road from Dammam and about 950 km from Jeddah. One dashboard shows every branch, warehouse and project site, and geofences can be drawn around each of them, so a van that should stay in Jeddah is flagged when it leaves the zone.
Access rules follow your working week. If pool cars are not meant to be used on Friday and Saturday, the app does not allow a booking then, and ignition outside a booked trip raises an alert.
Camera violations from Saher are issued to the vehicle, by plate, date and time. On a shared company car that is not enough to know who drove. With trip history it becomes a lookup: take the plate and time from the violation, find the trip that covered that minute, and the employee who booked it and passed the selfie check is on the record. Trip and driver details can be exported for HR and finance.
CT Mobility does not import violations from government systems; your team looks them up in the trip history.
On every trip CT Mobility records the speed along the route, speeding events, harsh braking and other harsh driving events, and links them to the employee who booked the vehicle and passed the selfie check. Reports show the events per driver and per vehicle, so a safety conversation starts with facts. CT Mobility gives you IVMS-style trip and driver-behaviour data you can export for HSE reporting; we don't claim IVMS certification or any operator approval. There is no seatbelt monitoring, driver camera or in-cab buzzer. More on driver behaviour monitoring and IVMS-style data.
When outside temperatures pass 40 °C, drivers often keep the engine running with the air conditioning on while they wait. Each trip record shows its duration and mileage, so a three-hour trip that covered 15 km stands out, and the alert for ignition outside a booked trip shows engines left running in the car park. Fuel level and mileage are recorded per trip; how precise the fuel level is depends on the vehicle model.
Some transport activities in the Kingdom have their own tracking rules. Trucks, for example, must carry devices that report location, speed and weight to the WASL platform: new trucks from 1 April 2019 and others when their operating card was renewed, as announced by the Public Transport Authority, today the Transport General Authority (TGA) (Slaati, February 2019). Requirements depend on the activity, so check the current rules for yours with the TGA.
CT Mobility does not claim TGA approval or a WASL connection. It is built for company cars, vans and pickups shared by employees. If your activity needs an approved device, tell us when we review your vehicles.
Tracking company vehicles produces personal data about the employees who drive them. Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) applies to that data, so tell employees what is recorded and why, limit access to the people who need it, and put the rules in a written vehicle policy. Our company vehicle policy template is a starting point; check the final text with your legal adviser.
This page is also available in Arabic, like the rest of the website and our free templates. The driver app is white-label and published under your company name; which languages it shows, including Arabic, is agreed for your installation, so ask us during the demo.
CT Mobility is multi-hardware and works with telematics devices such as Teltonika. Send us the makes, models and years of your vehicles: we choose a compatible device for each model and plan the installation with you, and each vehicle is tested with the platform before your team starts using it. Hardware and installation are quoted separately after the vehicle review. Already have trackers? See how to keep your trackers and add driver identification and booking.
Which pool cars had no trips this week? Who had the van with plate 1234 on Sunday at 14:30? Ask in the control panel with the AI Data Assistant, or connect ChatGPT or Claude with Ask your fleet, the built-in MCP server that works under your own login and permissions, read-only by default and available to connect on request.
Tell us how many vehicles you run, in which cities, and what you need first: tracking, pool cars shared by employees, or both. We review the vehicles, show the platform on our demo fleet and agree deployment and pricing for your project. Comparing providers? Our guide to choosing a fleet management company lists the questions to ask.
