Dubai fleets pay for every Salik crossing, every Parkin peak hour and every fine, and all of them reach the company as the vehicle owner with a plate and a time, not a name. CT Mobility is GPS vehicle tracking and a fleet management system for Dubai companies: a live map and trip history for every car, van and pickup, plus the verified employee behind each trip, so tolls, parking and fines can be traced to a driver. Tracking is included in AED 50 per vehicle per month.
Short answer: CT Mobility is GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management software for companies in Dubai: a live map and trip history with the verified employee on every trip, geofences around depots and sites, booking and a phone key for shared cars, and a trip lookup that traces Salik tolls, Parkin fines and traffic fines to a driver. Built for company fleets, with installation in Dubai and across all emirates. From AED 50 per vehicle per month with tracking included; minimum AED 500 per month, hardware billed separately.

Every connected vehicle appears on a live map with its status, its current trip and its fuel or battery level. Open any vehicle to replay its trips: route, start and end time, duration, mileage, speed and the alerts on the way. A van that runs from Al Quoz to Deira in the morning and to Dubai Silicon Oasis after lunch keeps each leg on record, so you can check weeks later where it was at a given minute.
What makes the difference in a shared fleet is the driver. Each trip starts with a booking in your branded app, a selfie liveness check and an alertness check, so the trip belongs to a named employee and not only to a plate. More on vehicle tracking with driver identification across the UAE.
Tracking answers where. A fleet management system also answers who may take which car, when, and in what condition it came back. In CT Mobility employees see only the vehicles they may book, unlock the booked car with their phone and photograph it before and after the trip. Rules by employee, department, vehicle, day and time are set once in the dashboard.
Inside the platform · demo data

Live map. Every vehicle, its status and service zones on one map, updated in real time. Riders see the same available cars nearby in their app, with the model and fuel level.

Fines matched to drivers. Each unpaid fine is matched to the car and to the driver who had it at the time of the violation, with the amount in AED. Drivers see their own trips with time, distance and cost in the app.
Salik runs 10 toll gates in Dubai. Since 1 June 2026 a crossing costs AED 6.30 at peak hours and AED 4.20 at other charged hours, 5% VAT included. Parkin charges its peak tariff from 8 to 10am and from 4 to 8pm, and since the same date parking meters no longer take cash. For a van that passes two Salik gates on the way to clients and parks next to their buildings, tolls and parking become a monthly budget line per car.
Every Salik transaction and every parking fine carries a plate and a time. In CT Mobility your team takes them from the statement or the fine, finds the trip that covered that minute, and the booking shows who was driving. Trip reports also show which trips crossed gates at peak hours, so routes and departure times can change. The platform does not import Salik or Parkin statements: the match is a lookup in the trip history, and the result can be exported.
| Dubai cost or rule (as of October 2026) | What the trip record adds |
|---|---|
| Salik: 10 toll gates; AED 6.30 per crossing at peak hours (6–10am and 4–8pm, Monday to Saturday) and AED 4.20 at other charged hours, 5% VAT included since 1 June 2026; no charge from 1am to 6am | The trip that crossed the gate, its time and the employee who booked it |
| Parkin: peak tariff 8–10am and 4–8pm, AED 6 per hour in Premium spaces and AED 4 in standard spaces; 5% VAT and no cash at parking meters since 1 June 2026 | Where and when each trip ended, so a parking fine has a driver |
| Traffic fines: registered to the vehicle owner, which for a company car is the company | The booking that covered the minute of the violation |
| Black points: on a company car, a fine with black points can stay non-payable until the points are moved to the licence of the person who drove | The name of the driver early, with the trip as evidence |

A traffic fine in Dubai is registered to the vehicle owner, which for a company car is the company. When the fine carries black points, it can stay non-payable until the points are moved to the licence of the employee who drove. In Dubai the driver does this through the RTA or MOI apps or Dubai Police. CT Mobility does not transfer points or pay fines; it tells you quickly, and with the trip as evidence, who has to act.
The step-by-step process is on our page on company car fines and Salik management, and the tariffs of both toll systems are in our 2026 guide to Salik and Darb for company cars.
Draw a zone around each warehouse, depot, project site and office, and get an alert when a vehicle enters or leaves it. Typical Dubai examples:
Zones work together with access rules and with the alert for ignition on outside a booked trip, so after-hours use is visible the same day. For contractors, see construction fleet management; for distributors, fleet software for distribution and FMCG companies.
The RTA counts 2,948 delivery companies and 46,600 delivery bikes in Dubai (Khaleej Times, September 2026). Since 1 November 2025 delivery bikes may not use the two leftmost lanes on roads with five or more lanes, or the leftmost lane on roads with three or four lanes; fines are AED 500, then AED 700, then suspension of the permit (Dubai Media Office).
GPS cannot tell which lane a bike was in, so the lane rule stays a matter of training. What tracking gives a courier fleet is the rider, the time and the place behind every fine, speeding alert and harsh braking event, with a selfie check at the start of every shift. See software for delivery motorbike and bike fleets.
Few Dubai fleets stay inside Dubai. A van that loads in Jebel Ali, delivers in Sharjah and ends the day in Ajman is on the same map and in the same trip history as the pool cars at your Dubai office. Zones can be drawn around a whole emirate, for example to get an alert when a car that should stay in Dubai heads to Abu Dhabi. A branch in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah is connected the same way: we install the trackers there too.
A trip to the capital adds Darb tolls and Mawaqif parking to the Salik and Parkin costs. The rules there are on our page on GPS tracking and fleet management in Abu Dhabi.
Search for a GPS company in Dubai and you find two kinds of providers on the same page. Device vendors and installers sell trackers with a tracking portal: live location, trip history, basic alerts. Fleet platforms work on top of the tracker and add who drove, booking and keys, photo checks, fines and reports. Neither is better in general; the right one depends on whether you only need to see vehicles, or need to run shared vehicles with rules and records.
Before you compare quotes, ask every provider the same questions: what the monthly price includes, how the hardware is priced and who owns it, whether the system shows the driver, and what you can export. Our guide to fleet management companies in the UAE lists these questions, an RFP checklist and the red flags. Already working with a GPS tracking company? See how to keep your trackers and add driver identification.
The right car tracker depends on the make, the model year and what you need from it: location only, or also keyless access and the fuel level. CT Mobility is multi-hardware and works with telematics devices such as Teltonika. Send us the makes, models and years of your vehicles; we propose a compatible device for each model, and the hardware is quoted after this vehicle review. Hardware and SIM cards are billed separately from the subscription, which already includes the tracking software.
We install the trackers at your depot, office or site in Dubai, from Jebel Ali to Al Quoz and Dubai Silicon Oasis, and across all emirates, and test every vehicle with the platform before your team starts using it. We install the trackers in every emirate: Dubai, Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain), Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Some vehicles have their own rules. If a permit or a client contract requires an approved tracking device, that requirement comes first: CT Mobility does not hold RTA or SIRA approvals and does not claim them, so check the requirement with the authority or the client before you plan a pilot on those vehicles.
For each trip the platform stores the route, start and end time, mileage, speed, speeding and harsh driving alerts, ignition and door events, the fuel level reported by the vehicle (its precision depends on the model) and the employee who booked the trip. Reports show trips, mileage and incidents per vehicle and per driver, and can be exported.
Some contracts in the region ask for an in-vehicle monitoring system (IVMS) or a device from an approved list. CT Mobility does not claim IVMS certification or any such approval. If your client requires one, start from that requirement.
CT Mobility gives you IVMS-style trip and driver-behaviour data you can export for HSE reporting; we don't claim IVMS certification or any operator approval. Speeding and harsh driving events are counted per driver and per vehicle; there is no seatbelt monitoring, driver camera or in-cab buzzer. See driver behaviour monitoring and IVMS-style data.

There are device vendors and installers, which sell trackers with a tracking portal, and fleet platforms, which add the driver, booking, photo checks and fines on top of the tracker. Decide which problem you need to solve, ask each provider for the full cost and the data you can export, and run a pilot. Our guide to fleet management companies in the UAE has the questions and a checklist.
It depends on the vehicles and on your contracts. Some permits and client contracts require an approved tracking device. CT Mobility does not hold RTA or SIRA approvals and does not claim them, so if an approved device is required, check the requirement with the authority or the client first.
Yes. Take the plate and time from the Salik statement or the fine, find the trip that covered that minute, and the booking shows the employee who passed the selfie check before driving. Trip and driver details can be exported.
CT Mobility gives you IVMS-style data: speed and speeding events, harsh braking and other harsh driving events, the trip history and the driver of every trip, with reports you can export for HSE reporting. It does not claim IVMS certification or any approval. If a client contract requires an approved IVMS, that requirement has to be met first. See driver behaviour monitoring and IVMS-style data.
